不同倍性西瓜植株生长过程内源激素变化初探

摘要:以同基因型不同倍性(2X3X4X)西瓜品种‘蜜枚’为供试材料,采用酶联免疫(ELISA)对西瓜植株生长过程根、茎、叶中生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)、油菜素内酯(BR)5种内源激素含量进行测定分析。结果显示,叶片中各个内源激素的含量均较高,而茎中含量相对较低;根、茎、叶中的IAAABA在不同倍性中都有较高的含量,而GABR含量相对较低;而不同倍性间差异不明显,不同的发育时期不同倍性间有不同的差异。这些结果说明不同倍性间植物内源激素的相互作用调控着西瓜植株的生长发育。

Changes of Endogenous Hormones in Different Ploidy Watermelon during Plant Development

Abstract: To explore the relation among different hormones, genotypes with different ploidy(2x3x4x)watermelon Mimei were used as materials. The content of endogenous hormones(IAAABAGAZRBR) were tested by ELISA(enzyme linked immunsorbent assay) during the plant development period in roots, stems, leaves. The results showed as follows: the endogenous hormone content in the leaves was higher, and the content in stems was relatively low during plant development; there has higher content of IAA and ABA in different ploidy watermelon plant, while lower content of GA and BR. There has no obvious difference among different ploidy during plant development. These results demonstrate that the hormones regulation of watermelon plant growth and development is a complicated process.
